- Resend: Secure transactional email relay for digital work orders, customer receipts, and service records.
- Cloudflare: Edge security, bot detection, and anti-abuse verification (Cloudflare Turnstile).
4. SMS / Text Messaging Policy (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
